I’m Brittany S. Pride (BSP)— a systems & automation designer with a background in system administration, customer experience, and creative direction. I’ve supported teams at companies like Coca-Cola, Mailchimp, Carvana, and Aaron’s, where I learned how large organizations structure workflows, solve technical challenges, and prioritize the customer experience. Today, I help creatives and founders organize their business, streamline their workflows, and elevate their digital presence.My customer service foundation is what makes my systems different — I design with people in mind. My work blends structure with softness, ensuring every process feels intuitive, supportive, and easy to follow. I believe technology doesn’t have to feel cold or overwhelming; it can be feminine, warm, and beautifully crafted.In addition to my client work, I’m the CEO & Founder of Pressette Beauty, where I’ve built the entire operational backbone of my company from scratch — Airtable systems, workflows, automations, content processes, and the full digital experience.
