I’m Brittany S. Pride (BSP) — a Finance & Operations Systems Specialist with a background in system administration, customer experience, and enterprise workflow environments.I’ve supported teams at organizations like Coca-Cola, Mailchimp, Carvana, and Aaron’s, where I observed how large companies structure processes, centralize operations, and solve technical challenges at scale. That experience shaped how I approach systems today — with clarity, structure, and a strong operational lens.Today, I help founders and service-based businesses implement organized, scalable back-end systems — from payroll and workflow mapping to CRM infrastructure and automation. My foundation in customer experience ensures every system I configure is designed to be clear, usable, and sustainable for the people operating it.As the Founder of Pressette Beauty, I built my own operational infrastructure from the ground up — developing internal workflows, financial systems, automations, and digital processes.
